I am moved to post this as not to often is top notch service realized these days.
I was afforded the opportunity to acquire Vass shoes at a good price from the US representative Gabor Halmos. The shoes arrived promply.
They did not fit me. I returned them and was promply refunded my money. There are a few more details (more then you need to know), but Mr. Gabor was a perfect gentleman throughout the process. Given the opportunity to purchase Vass shoes in my correct size, I would do so without reservation to pay full retail price. The shoes are the real deal and Gabor is a stand-up guy.
