I used to go TTS but found they always fit snug in the shoulders after a wash. So, I started sizing up one on all PF shirts.

Considering that the fee is waived for exchanges and store credit, it still seems like de facto free returns. Honestly, the sales tax thing was more of an annoyance than this new policy.

Sometimes there's a timing issue where you're worried about the thing selling out, and so you buy two sizes, return one. In that case, if we don't want to pay $8, I guess we just size up as a rule, furthering NMWA’s mission to get the world into baggy fits.

I have a question about virtuesize. Some of my purchases have automatically been added to virtuesize but many have not. Anyone else have this experience and a fix for this issue or is it due to a broken api on NMWA? Virtuesize is really helpful and avoids me buying wrong sizes (which saves return costs etc..)

So I think that Virtusize will only pass the checkout/purchase information to your Virtusize account if you’re logged into your Virtusize account during that session. I’m usually not kept logged into my Virtusize account and I typically need to sign in to use my closet garments for reference.
