I always thought it was bad form to commit to a purchase and then back out.

I bought two pairs that didn't fit.

But I sold them, and chalked it up to experience.

I would have just kicked people out for backing out on a purchase rather than changing the whole sale process.....

If you backed out, someone who got up at 3 in the morning and really really wanted them, but was a second behind you could have gotten them. Instead you sold them to someone else?
