Besides, a garment dyed goose down jacket isn't really a core product. I stand by my first impression, the technical stuff seem solid, plus they added inside straps what more can you as for ?

I think it's increasingly possible that miran is a troll. I thought he was just incredibly stupid for a few weeks, but the more he posts, the less I can actually believe that any person can be that stupid.

Is he otter?

i really like the look of that blue isaora puffer. if it weren't as extraneous as it is to my overall wardrobe/style i would consider copping...

My god can you imagine? How would he get the mirror shots tho? And it just seems too good. That would be like next level trolling

Straps jackets = strong disconnect bewteen self-perception and reality. I'm guessing we're very close to an inverse proportionality relation. The more badass you think it looks , the more subject of ridicule you actually become.

What is reality though ?

I think it's too big for you, snow. I'll take some measurements soon.

AR too expensive or very nice for price?
Parlor Pant

Knit with shoulder zip

I have the navy sweatshirt with the shoulder zip. Fit is spot on (things fit small though - I am between a 38 and a 40 in most brands, and I wear large in any of their stuff, and it still fits slim). I looked over the workmanship, and the finishing is definitely good, as are the materials. The trims are pretty average - it's a pretty run of the mill YKK zip, but I hope that that is not a make it or break it thing, because the whole "what kind of zipper is it" is seriously over emphasized.

Is a sweater with a zip on the shoulder worth $290? Depends on your financial situation and how much you like the piece. It's definitely well made, the dollar is really weak against the Yen, Japanese manufacturing is not cheap, and it's not like AR has huge distribution, so I'm sure that there is a premium for small runs, so prices are definitely no absurd. It's not a steal either. Personally, as a house brand, I think that it is very good. My favorite "house brand" is KIN, which is both a better value proposition and has more interesting designs, overall, but that is a brand with some actual aspirations. And AR does not seem to be that, though, if it does well, I could easily see it getting wider distribution.

Thank you so much for your response and input
Those pants are defiantly intriguing and the sweater is cool.

KIN is sold at Barneys, um, MAC, and Uncle Otis, that I know of. However, it is the brainchild of Sydney Mamane, who sells the line through his own store, Sydney's, in Toronto. www.shopsydneys.com The modeling and photography is not as expert as at Aloharag, but you've always got to look past the presentation, in e-tailing, since digital presentation of fashion is still in utero, really.
