Haven't really bought anything clothing-wise aside from a few trainers for years. The things I've accumulated, or were gifted to me will probably last a lifetime but I did buy a couple items recently and wanted to share, since I like reading this thread a lot and seeing what everyone's inspired enough to buy.

The Spingle Move combat sneakerboots I wanted to try out because I know this company made a lot of Issey Miyake Men's sneakers before. I figured the leather would look more refined than my more utilitarian beat up boots for outfits that are a little nicer than my usual. The quality seems quite good after wearing them, leagues ahead anything coming out of Nike, Salomon etc, however they don't breathe as well as I am used to compared to my Danner jungle boots.

The Danner Tachyons are my most worn boots and found this GTX pair for nothing so I bought them. I've got a different pair of Danner 503's with "DannerDry" which is waterproof membrane, but these GTX Tachyons are a lot lighter, which has been nice for warm weather when it rains. I like their slim profile as well versus my chunkier 503s.

The jacket is just something unusual I came upon and decided it was cheap enough to be worth collecting. I've always liked Kadoyas but most are too heavy for casual use being proper biker jackets. This one is from their K's Leather line, it's a bit more of a fashion piece, more a wearable weight and not insulated. I have a cropped DR from this same collection and I found the longer length, the rivets, the fold up cuffs, and the straps on this DR a bit odd/special so I figured I'd grab it. Will try to take a nicer shot on a camera instead of a phone of this next to the cropped K's DR later for the leather jacket thread.

I bought a pair of Springle Move sneakers (with triple velcro tabs!) about 4 years ago in Tokyo just because I they had a shop in my local area and I liked them. A few people were quite sniffy about them - I guess if they had known they had made for IM then they would have loved them! ;) In any case, they have become probably my most worn shoes: plain enough to work with a lot of things, but just odd enough not to be in any way basic.

Grabbed some new fall gear from NMWA. Every piece is great, but really love the green overshirt

That green overshirt is very nice indeed and I have a similar blackwatch Portuguese Flannel from a few seasons back. Might be the same model actually.

Ordered a pair of Portuguese Flannel shorts last week and amazingly the retailer instead sent a Rag & Bone women’s wool blazer that was close to $600. Gf was pretty stoked about that one.

Added a bunch of Inis Meain linen sweaters as I live in Hawaii and they are pretty close to perfect year round. In addition, added tons of stuff from Blackblue’s end of season sale. Ordered a pair of Samurai sashiko shorts I am pretty stoked about, bunch of Gitman Vintage, and a couple of Engineered Garments tote bags and a handkerchief linen popover shirt. And many other things I am spacing on.
