Mercer and Sons has a custom tailoring option; you can have them make you a shirt with the body of a smaller collar size (up to 2 collar sizes, I believe), and then add a 2 or 4 inch slim taper. In this shirt, I asked for a 15.5 collar with the body of a 14.5, and a 2" slim taper. It fits pretty good, though for next orders I'll ask for a 4" slim taper to get rid of a little extra cloth (I like my shirts slim at the waist).
However, I don't have much of a chest-waist drop, which means for a V-shaped torso there might be still plenty of cloth. Mercers are suppossed to have a baggy fit anyways; if you can live with that, it's well worth it. The shirts are very well made and the collar roll is very nice.
