Help with overcoat

I just received an e-mail from Chan, informing me that my overcoat is ready for delivery--or almost ready, save the answer to one question: do I want a single lapel button hole (pictured) or one on each side?

And it dawned on me: I have no idea. So I defer to your collective wisdom, oh denizens of Style Forum.

Single as traditionally it would latch onto a button. However, since most overcoats don't even have that button, so you can go with two for a symmetrical look and not look wrong for it. I've seen overcoats that do not even have a lapel button hole.
