Bentley is the top end of the Luxury segment, while Rolls Royce would be Super Luxury for example. When you're looking at $185,000 for a Bentley, and $445,000 for a Rolls it starts to become a very different vehicle. I'd say the beginning of the Super Luxury is $300,000. Maybach, a division of Volkswagen, would be included here.

According to Wikipedia it is. Bugatti is owned by VW though that may be where he got mixed up.
