It's not so much the end result (bulkiness) as much as it is a total lack of any reason to do them in the first place. Why make a woman's ass and thighs bigger for no real reason? Aside from people who keep fit all the time and are active, most women probably would meet their ideal quicker just fixing their diets. Exercise to keep fit or whatever is fine, but a weight routine is

for anyone but athletes.

I dunno, there are lots of fine ass women on bodyspace.com who lift heavy and bulky isn't the word I'd use to describe any of them. If she's cutting her calories, I don't see how she'll get bulky anyway.

She wants abs. She's like that woman in the pic in all regards pretty much except that one.

I'd recommend some amount of swimming, cutting down on carbs, and maybe some body weight stuff.

My girlfriend has recently gotten herself into some light Crossfit exercises and circuits. She loves the variety and the fact that it's usually an intense 25-30 minute at the gym and then that's it. Her stomach has flattened considerably and her legs, butt, back and arms haved toned while not getting bulky. She is basically doing the Crossfit exercises posted on crossfit.com and usually cuts down the reps by 3/4 and the weight (if applicable) in half because she doesn't quite have the strength to do the full on routines.

She's also eating cleaner as she's a bridesmaid for a wedding this coming weekend and wants to look "fantastic" (her words).
