I agree. I admit that I posted the picture more for Kristen Davis than for her particular style. I was never a big fan of SATC, but I'd watch her reciting from the phone book. She was far and away the most attractive of the four main characters.

I think I'm too old for the sub-cultures now listed in the OP. By the time you hit your mid-30's, if you are still dressing the part of any of these, IMO, you are probably also a loser. Sort of like Brett Michaels trying to keep the days of his hair band fame alive. You're 45 dood, stop dressing like a hair metal guy. It's just sad now.
That said, none of the true sub-cultures for me. Goth-lite/ 80's glam with a little restraint/ hipster is how I would describe the look. Basically a girl/woman with some class but can still sexxy herself up a little.
