Hi everyone. I would like to know what shirts are best for going out at night. I am talking about those dress shirts... but their not for working. Not sure what is the name of it. Like they look good with a blazer or just wearing it with jeans. Can anyone recommend me a brand name or some examples?

I am not sure if I am saying it correct but I think you know what kind of shirts I am talking about. Thanks.

You mean a slim fit without a breast pocket I assume and the fabric could be a stretch cotton.
What is your price range? without that one cannot even begin to answer. And if that is not a consideration, which i doubt, I would reccomend the shirt maker in rome who does the shirts for the former PM and valentino or maybe you should try Kabbaz in New york From what i read on forum He is on top of his game. I have never used either one personally the first is to expsensive for me and the second i have only heard about via this forum.
anyway if price is a consideration simply pick any decent mark and you find something in the current collection that fits your needs.
just avoid the shirts with D&G all over them for the love of god

Well i have a couple of dress shirts. One of them is a white shirt but it has a pocket from Gap and another stripe shirt i have is from American Eagle and it has a pocket also which i don't like. I have a Banana republic stretch poplin shirt that is blue coast but don't have a pocket but it looks more like for work wear though it is a bit baggy.

As for price range, as long as it doesn't cost over 80 a shirt it will be fine. By the way, why are there so many shirts that have that pocket.

Well what kind of body size are you?

Tall and slim, bulky, muscular, very rectangular or very hourglassy, slightly skinny or slightly chubby?

I've read about these. Aren't they called striped AmJack shirts?

If you go to Alex (Kabbaz) and ask him to make Am Jack shirts he will beat you into a bloody pulp and kick you out of his office or house, also, I doubt you are willing to pay the minimum $5000 required for the initial order of 6 shirts.

Don't listen to Jon; ask Kabbaz to do it, no DEMAND it . . . but please let us know when, so we have time to get there and watch.
