Just delete that **** and don't open windows on that. There have been a ton of ebay phishing scams in the past. Don't open ebay unless you type www.ebay.com or click your bookmarks or whatever. Opening ebay via email is asking for trouble. If you just deleted it right away and tried logging on normally and couldn't, i would just email ebay customer support using the email you signed up the account with
