I am just looking for some nice beater brown boots. i like the wingtip details and the brick/white vibram soles. the other two i may just get them topy (?) for a non-slip sole. i'd wear them with navy pants or faded jeans with knit/jackets and button up. simple and safe? (something mellowfellow could wear(?))

Hmmm, now I am rethinking this whole thing.
Is it easiest to just go to a tailor and pay to have my measurements taken? I know basically where I fall, but I'd like to have something exact. Should I tell them I prefer slim fitting clothing so they don't take measurements for boxy fitting outerwear?

i understand what this is in reference too, and fair enough, but it comes off a bit strong.
