Get your bodyfat (not necessarily your overall weight) down to where your abs become visible and I'm sure you'll see the difference in your face as well.

Adding to this, your face is typically the first place you lose body fat. Its stored there as non-essential fat and for whatever reason is typically burned/noticeable first.

The last place to lose fat is the lower abdominal region, which explains everyones obsession with losing it.

As other people have suggested, cutting carbohydrates or at least limiting them will pay off greatly towards losing fat. Its no secret that carbohydrates typically account for the majority of people's calories and is stored as fat.

Cardio, more specifically high intensity interval training (HIIT) and lifting will pay dividends towards losing body fat.

Who are these people? Majority of Americans get most of their calories from donuts.

If carbs make people fat why are Italians so much thinner then Americans?

Other than Restyle/Sculptra/fillers, your choices are limited. Gain weight. You can also get a fractal laser treatment which will jump start your skin into producing more collagen.

exercise more and eat less. How gaunt your face gets will also depend on genetics. If you're already running at a low body fat percentage, then you're somewhat out of luck.

If running bores you and you have money then buy a bike and cycle often. Road biking is boring as hell unless you live in the mountains with real climbs. So I recommend xc biking.

sometimes the face fat is impossible to lose if you are already thing. i know that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. it may just be genetics and you have two choices, either accept it or get plastic surgery.

You can't target a specific area to lose fat on, you have to work on losing weight.
