All of the trenchant comments have already been made about today's fits...

Do you see how the helmet is pushing down my collar? How do other people deal with this?

That is a great look though, sans the ******* mud...and maybe the Cuban heels. I could use heels like that though.

There's something funky going on with the right side of my sweater in the first pic, this was just a result of hastily trying to fix it before the timer on the camera ran out.

The fit is good. I'm doing casual today, as well. The problem with casual is that it is not as interesting as the full-on suit+tie pictures others post.

Not sure about the whole outfit, but those pants are freaking amazing.

Everything is great except the too-short pants.

Mind you, this fit below from last month was met with heaps of praise, with the same jacket, similar shirt, and patterned pants. Forget the shoes from today if you can.

This is great.

I like this but the PS is a bit bright for me and detracts from the subtlety of the shirt and tie combo.

Without realising it was St Patrick's, I see I picked out a dark green tie. I have zero connection to Ireland so never really got into the whole green for St Paddy's Day thing. But my unconscious mind moves in mysterious ways...

This is good, and if the tie was wool it would be very good.

Not bad at all, but I'm thinking a more muted/burnt orange PS might have been better.

BTW - what is tomorrow's challenge?

I've got no meetings tomorrow, so might be able to take part rather than continue to fail (but learn) at conservative business dress for a day.

Very casual and relaxed today. Probably one of the last days of wearing these cotton/cashmere cords.

The tie was slightly adjusted afterwards

Yes, the PS announces itself, doesn't it? No suggestions for the helmet/collar issue?

This is one of the cases where my head says I shouldn't like it but the rest of me says otherwise. You do contrast very well with slim over full and colour /pattern under neutral/solid. Creating hormony out of discord is a rare skill indeed!
