LOL I like that he got the formal shirt right... and the jacket. Most celebrities dress horrible so in celebrity world this is good to me

The shirt has potential; it would come alive with a more dynamically cut suit. It is also definitely not one that should remain collar stay free, though maybe ironing or a better collar fit could save it

The tie is unfortunate. I suspect it's from the bad old days of Yves Saint Laurent

The key to this sort of look is older runway shows by Burberry Prorsum and Gucci, as well as old photographs of Mods/Peacocks
