One button. Fit of the jacket looks okay in a modern slim fit way. If you're comfortable wear it.

Useful info. I'm a 43" chest with a 17" neck and found a large is fine in knitwear, and just about okay on a cotton blazer. No problems with trousers and my 38" waist, but I've avoided anything marked skinny fit or low-rise.
