I struggle with rise. With a jacket, I think the rise looks a bit off if it isn't at least even with the lowest button, and preferably falls somewhere closer to midway between the lower and middle (on a 3b, or top on a 2b) button (I'd be curious to know what the "rules" have to say, if anything). But without a jacket, these pants can look almost awkwardly high on me.

I think this may be partly a function of height - i.e. someone sub 6 ft has an easier time getting the proportion right than someone 6 3 or 6 4, but maybe I'm just imagining it.

Yes, the sleeves are too long. They show no cuff when hanging straight.

The wash is pretty bad and so is the fit. Combined with the jacket, you just look like a big rectangle. Not a flattering silhouette.
