....came from my kitchen saturday night! unfuckingbelievale. had a bunch of people over and made al carbon tacos with homemade mexican crema. marinated flank in salt, pepper, oo, garlic and lime juice.
grilled them with some well-oiled sliced vidalias. homemade guac and pico de gallo. unbelievably good. even made my own corn tortillas.

sounds good kunk! we made some very 'OK

' chicken tacos last night. cut up some grilled cutlets, chopped an onion, avacoado, cilantro, squirt of lime, and pico d.g. for a capper. left the tortillapress in the cabinet and went w/ store-bought. beans on the side....

Why do we keep using corn for tortillas? Agri-business and their subsidies have brainwashed us into using corn for everything. You should have made them out of hemp.

Is the taste between homemade corn tortillas and the supermarket stuff that far off?

I have been craving some good and cheap mexican food. Haven't found a good place in manhattan yet.

right down the street from your work, a place called Taco Tacto, 89/2nd. Excellent tacos on corn tortillas. Guacamole is also great but pricey.

...from a fan of legit Mexican food.
