Yes, absolutely. There are two basic Michter's out there, one is Michter's American Whiskey:

This one is not a true bourbon, only because it is not aged in new oak. It's a fantastic whiskey though, mainly for the price (under $40 for this one) and consistency.

There's also this:

Which is more expensive, but still under $75 IIRC. I have a bottle at home, and it's a very good bourbon. Michter's also makes a rye whiskey that is fantastic as well, but in the $80 range. I am a relative rye no0b, so cannot offer too informed an opinion, but I like it. Much less "grass" than some of the other ryes I have had, which may be why I like it.

There are a couple different kinds of Mitchers Rye. One that is about $45 and decent, and one that is around $80 and phenomenal. Its floral and peppery. Very worthwhile.

Yes, that is the one. Its a hard bottle to find though, they don't make that many of them.

Sidebar tip:

When making ice, use distilled or bottled water. Use metal ice trays, not plastic. And clean out your freezer. Ice can pick up flavor/odors from old stuff in there. There's nothing worse than a bad tasting cube diluting a good bourbon.
