Just waded back into the CEssspool. Can we get a What are you reading now? style thread for links to blogs, op-ed's, and whatnot? Some good things to discuss but they either piggyback on already existing threads, or don't really need a whole new thread. It's cluttered enough in there as is it.

Why are you leaving out the remaining 3% of Styleforum members? Its remote, but the possibility still exists.

Can we have pledge drives or sthg to support the forum? Or a donations address for support? To keep those shoe paraphernalia threads and Antiques Roadshow Style threads coming.

Like you know, some way to support the forum through paypal or sthg. Maybe tying it to some of the forum stuff people like. My shoe paraphernalia posts are a PITA, but people keep asking for them -- if I knew the forum was getting a nominal few dollars now and then for it I'd feel better about it.

There is a paypal account. Being a big timer myself, I try to remember to send in money a few times a year.

I thought they have to click through a special affiliate link and not the ones I post?

Yes, the forum gets a small amount if people buy the things posted as ebay links. But we are happy to receive donations as well, certainly.

The forum software converts the ebay links you post to include the affiliate code.
