No worries; I just thought I'd let you know. It's a nice fragrance, I just tend not to use it as much as the other Chanel 'staples' like Antaeus and Pour monsieur.

Cheers!

Nice list, Igor. You pretty much cover all the "bases" and have one for all occasions... Excellent!

I'm a huge Bond no. 9 - Central Park fan & 2nd place from Bond would be Chez, I actually liked Bryant Park as well.....until I noticed it was a female scent, but it's dry down seemed more masculine at least on me.
Hermes - d'Orange Verte is a favorite but my wife hates it (she says it reminds her of an old 70's Brut or Old Spice scent?)

Lacoste - Essential (my hands down favorite spring/summer)

Others that I have tried and liked enough to remember:
Bond no. 9 - West Side
Bond no. 9 - Saks Fifth Avenue (Male)
Clive Christian - X (i know...)
Creed - Virgin Island Water (this lasted all of 3 seconds on me though. :-/)
Diesel - Fuel for Life (this is surprisingly awesome. The female one is great on the g/f too. Hated the other Diesel offerings.)
Hermes - Un Jardin Sur De Nil
Salvatore Ferragamo - Subtil

While I've never owned as many as ten fragrances, I'd like to add my vote for Cartier's Declaration: It's been my daily scent for at least 5 years now and I've yet to tire of it.

I did recently (while looking for a Christmas present) try a tester of Issey Miyake Pour Homme, which I found very appealing - but I'm not ready to abandon the Cartier yet and I'm the kind of boring guy that likes to smell the same every day.

Never really been big on fragrances. I usually just spray on some A-P and that's it, but I went out and tried Chanel Antaeus and now I can't stop sniffing my wrist. :\\

I don't know jack **** about colognes and I dont feel like searching so Ill ask:

Whats a good spring/summer fragrance?

In the winter I wear Comme de Garcons White during the day (the cinnamon and clove smell just matches the winter season for me) and Gucci Envy in the evening.

But for this year Im looking for something with a light, airy scent. Something that makes you think of relaxing summer days by the ocean with your girlfriend in a white sundress serving you a margarita.

By the sound of it, Acqua di Parma could have what I'm looking for but I don't have $65 to drop on a bottle of something I might not even like.

Try Eau de Lalique. It's available REALLY cheaply and is a WONDERFUL spring/summer fragrance. Another are any of the three Hermes "Jardins." DEFINITELY give those a try, even though they are more expensive.

Any suggestions for something nice that might be somewhat comparable to Vera Wang for men?
