Call a store and explain what happened. RL (at least in Chicago) is very good about honoring discounts even after the event.

damn, the 11.5 Grants that I ordered through the website last week (and successfully checked out with) are now out of stock. Just got an email from polo telling me "sorry".

monty, I think you're better off ordering from the store where they can get their hands on a box. I spoke to someone at polo.com and they told me even if there was monimal onhand inventory, there was still a chance they would not be able to secure a pair. Enjoy those 11.5s!
My next window is around a week from now where they start processing returns. The person at polo.com told me I would get the same 40+20 discount that I was originally offered.
We'll see.

This was the first sale at which I was actually able to order PL shoes through the Web site. Tried forever to get the Mackays in dark oak before a kind forum member finally sold me a pair. Polo.com definitely isn't the best way to obtain the PL shoes.
