Pepe's and Sally's in New Haven--esp the white clam pie at Sally's.
Baffetto in Rome is amazing.

Funny thing is I make pizza base in almost exactly the same method as I do naan bread, both with self raising flour and natural yoghurt. Only major difference is that one is rammed full of sultanas, almond flakes and cilantro leaves, and of course olive oil is substituted for ghee.

Pepe's uses fresh clams on their pies. I've heard Sally's uses canned...

The best pizza i had was probably Lombardis in new york.

In gainesville, this little hole in the wall where you can only order from the street, Italian Gator, makes really great pizza. Not like the awesome **** you guys are getting in italy with the really great sauce, light on the fresh cheese, and good crust, but Italian gator is about as good as i've had for americanized pizza.

I'm a big home oven baked pizza guy because i'm poor and don't have a ton of places at my disposal. I like the thin crust California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizzas in most of their flavors and Amy's Pizzas are really fantastic. The Amy's margherita pizza and spinach ones are really really good. The crust tastes fantastic and some stuff is organic which is cool.

Faded 501s, I take it back. Here's DeLorenzo's, from last Saturday night. Tomato pie perfection; some would say the best pizza in the US. I'm in no position to disagree.
