This is a perfect example of how fucked up male/female relations have become, especially with texting and facebook. Can you imagine how many messages a hot female with 2000+ friends must receive in her inbox? Not to mention the numerous wall posts from her friends reminding her how wonderful and gorgeous she is. Live. Laugh. Love. <3

And, on top of that, you have to deal with women that actually believe that a man that shows too much interest is bad for her. So these girls basically go through a number of meaningless relationships with guys that are only mildly interested in them and find themselves 30, single and wondering where the good men are.

OP, I feel your pain. Here's what I'd do, though. If she's in your same social circle, figure out where she'll be one night, preferably a dressy event. Invite a few of your friends, including two very hot women, to go there. Say hi (genuinely and with a big simile) if you see her and ignore her and have fun. If she comes by, you're golden. If not, she never cared for you and never will. You won't change her mind.

So I met this chick, she was by far the prettiest girl I have met this month and in person things were swell. So clearly, I came on too strong and I guess I turned her off. Thing is I really want to get to know this chick because she seems like a good girl, so I faced stalked her and found out she had 2500 friends, I was like WTF, but she does work for some trainer who is supposed to be good but whatever.
