Your Advice on Made-to-Measure leather jackets

Hi, What suggestions would you give to made to measure leather jacket brands?

Wanted to hear your advice and suggestions on what you like about made to measure leather jacket brands? Are there any that are better than the jackets made by Allsaints, The/End or Kooples?

Some jackets tend to have silk linings and others have polyester. Obviously the silk linings are more luxurious but after further research, silk tends to need repair/relining more often. Any thoughts on the pros & cons of going silk or polyester?
