I am trying to select a Flannel for a db suit. I have narrowed it to Minnis around 13oz. It's difficult to tell from swatches...but I want what will finish up to look a rich dark grey..a melange with an olive tone rather than the bluish colder grey....Can anyone suggest the cloth ref I should choose?
thanks.........

www.gorina.es Might have such a flannel....in the 420-450gram range
contact person Ann Duran: duran at gorina.es

Dormeuil's ICE book might have such a grey too...although its over double what Gorina asked for

Thanks for the help...if my first priority were to stick with Minnis circa 13oz...what would be the closest to my requirements..ie a warm rather than cold grey in a mottled flannel?...thanks ?

Warm and cool in this context is not relevant. Minnis offers it in dark gray, mid gray and light gray.

Thanks Will, It looks like the mid grey is the one for me....if there's only one mid grey then I don't have to worry that I picked the wrong one. I suppose , with the mottling ..it will look different in different lights anyway. This will be my first true flannel...I'm looking forward to it....and thanks again !..Rowly.
