There's a label called Gossuin - but it's quite hard to find. They do perfectly form-fitting blazers.

Ok my English is not superb, but how do you call that clothing the guy is wearing: is it a jacket, blazer (as you mentioned) or is it called someting else.

Its more commonly referred to as a blazer, but jacket does techincally work.

Jacket is kind of used as a loose term for anything that is worn over your first layer - it can mean blazer, hoodie, parka, coat, lightweight. Blazer is more specific to this type of outerwear.

Everybody makes a jacket like that. Even Target. That's right, Target.

The trick for that particular look in the photo is:

-make sure you are skinny like the person in the photo; if you are fat just forget it, you are deluding yourself

-buy the jacket two sizes smaller than your normal size. As long as you can squeeze in there and the shoulder are not too contricting you are OK, you will get that look in the picture. Notice he is not buttoning the jacket, that's because he probably CANNOT button the jacket because it would be too tight.

Your best bet is to look for Japanese brands (Man of Moods for one). They are cut slimmer and fit much better on skinny guys.
