Your post made me look up the Regent, since I've only worn Fitzgerald. Between the slimmer waist and pants, and the side vents, I think I shold try it out.

I haven't seen the Regent blazer in my local store. Anyone know what's up with the "wool plus DOW XLA" fiber? That description screams "cheap and shiny" to me. Perhaps Sleven can enlighten?

I tried on the Fitz, Madison, and Regent 3-button one; the Regent fit me best at the shoulders, chest and waist.

I have the exact same blazer for the exact same reason. I really wanted one of the Saxxon blazers, but the fit was awful compared to the Regent blazer.

It's internet only. My SA ordered it for me. The fabric is fine. Not as nice as the Saxxon blazers, but better than the Fitzgerald Hopsack.

Are jackets in 37S available through the inventory system in the US? The size is fairly common at the company's stores here in Japan, but I don't think I've ever seen it on their website.
