What's wrong with the shoulders of this shirt?

Hi: When I first bought this shirt it fit very well. After a wash or two, I noticed this bizarre wrinkling up at the top of the shoulders. The shirt is not uncomfortable, it is just bunching up up around the shoulders. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can fix this? Incidently, the shirt has not been ironed since I washed it, so maybe a simple pressing would fix it. But I wanted to ask the forum what they thought. -boston

Either: A] The collar size is too large and you are pulling it closed with your tie OR B] The shoulders are too small to fit your shoulders. To fix: A] Loosen your tie B] Iron the shirt, exerting sideways pressure on the yoke ... and pray a lot And for christ's sakes, get some stays into that collar...

The shoulders are too small. I will execute both the ironing and the praying.
