What type of material/cut would I ask the tailor for this type of look?

Hi, I recently stumbled upon this NY based brand called "Hvrminn."
Wondering what some the SF member's think of it?
Personally, I love the style/silhouette and the wider/peak lapels as opposed to the ones recommended by GQ.

EDIT: Tried creating a discussion, fail. Lol.
I'm asking: What type of material/cut would I ask the tailor for this type of look?? Suggestions, inputs??

The only thing distinictive about these gentlemen's clothes, aside from the eccentric retro accessories, eg. canes, boutionnieres, hats, are the very narrow trousers. Their jackets are conventional, cut a bit long, which goes against the slim look and is great IMHO. If they had high detacheable collars they might pass for a couple of swells in the Bois de Boulogne, Paris circa 1912. A little less accessorised. Any suggestions or ideas on what material is used? Seems to drape very nicely and is very light.

Go to a tailor and start flipping through fabric books until you find something lightweight that looks and feels comparable.
