    The last plate killed it for me. Too art-worky. Looks like something MM might cock up.

    The first is a cold cucumber soup with lime, piquillo peppers and fromage blanc. The second is like a nicoise, but not. The third is leeks, apples, beets, lemon and green tea. The last is bass with a spicy sauce.

    looks pretty good except that the 2nd plate seems a little out of place among a bunch of much more composed courses. the last course also looks like it might have too much sauce and garnish.

    it is awesome/gets it done in 30 minutes. It also calls for stew meat not ground beef.

    also, my tip for cooking ribs in the pressure cooker is to just smoke them instead. Serious

    Chicken and baby leeks with curry sauce. Beets, roasted in salt with sweet and sour vinaigrette. Lamb with eggplant and potatoes. Happy?
