Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. I'm confident it is on the nightstands of most, if not all, Forumites.

I just finished Infinite Jest after almost 9 months and I'm drained. Some people see that ending as uplifting...I'm not one of them. The novel did hit home on a lot of points though. Any suggestions for light, fun reading? I need to cleanse my palate.

I seem to be regressing...

Just picked up a copy of Treasure Island and Dracula. I also have a desire to re-read The Little Prince.

I recently finished Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris - my favorite by his so far.

I'm now reading In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan.

I won't be poasting much leisure reading in the near future as my honors seminar has 250-300 pgs. of reading per week. Our first book:

These two people make me want to kill somebody, preferably them.

I went to see him read his garbage. Everybody in the audience was falling apart laughing, and I was just sitting there.

Interesting. I enjoyed Omnivore's Dilemna, and I find Sedaris' stuff somewhat funny when I hear it on the radio, although I probably wouldn't bother to read any of his books. But he definitely has that NPR voice that gets under Matt's skin.
