So who here wakes up early? I'm 18 and I usually stay up till 1 on weekdays/3-4 weekends and wake up accordingly...always have since I was 13-14. Needless to say I consistently don't get enough sleep and when I do I usually oversleep and end up tired all day. For the next two weeks I'm trying something, I'm going to wake up at 6am sharp every morning but go to bed when I'm tired, I can't stand forcing myself to sleep. Any tips on making it work what are my chances? And overall do you think changing my sleep pattern to wake up 6am (and go to bed at 9-11) will result in better productivity, better success at work? I always wanted to be that guy that is at the gym at 6:15 and by 7 ready to get to work(university in my case..). Another problem is every week I end up going out once or twice and coming home at 3-5 in the morning so that kind of messes up my routine. What are your experiences?
