Wore these PTB’s today. Have no idea what their construction is. Not the most comfortable, but the suede is very supple.

I can’t remember who it was but another thread brother who is a 9.5D asked me to alert him is these rare 9.5D Florsheim Norwegian split toes with double vcleat didn’t work out. Well they didn’t. They just feel too big even with an insert. Could that brother come forward if he’s interested?

I can fit into some Florsheim 9.5D. But I don't really like this style. Someone should grab these. Very rare.

Modern RMs are inferior to the ones pre-LMVH. Older RMs are well worth recrafting both for build and leather quality.

How can you tell which ones are pre-LVMH?

Picked up these Bostonian Crown Windsor for under $10. Great quality shoe, fits like a glove. Shoes have been recently resoled. The uppers have a few scratches and superficial cracks, and the right shoe had a dark stain that I can't remove (rubbed it with acetone for a while and it's not working).

I now have them stripped of finish and much of color, and going to sand down the cracks, give them the glycerin treatment, and dye them black to cover up the stain. More photos to come.

The few Bostonian Crown Windsors I have seen were really good quality shoes. I keep an eye out for them.

You can only use it on one order. I used my coupon for some pants yesterday. Oh well.
