Bought this a few years ago - probably wore this only a handful of times but now it is too small for me. It is size XS and fits like a regular XS. There is an inner pocket on the left hand side with two outer pockets with zippers. There are no noticeable imperfections on the jacket.

Measurements are roughly as follows:
Shoulders: 18"
Back length: 24"
Chest: 20"
Sleeve: 26" including the stretchy part of the bomber
