That's a crappy accusation to toss around without a shred of evidence.

Maybe if you were a little more active you'd realize that slacking off of an intense workout schedule can change your weight pretty quick if you don't adjust your eating habits fast enough.

I am 34 years

I do not use steroids.

I tend to weight gain (fat) and is forced to follow the diet.

I weakens the control - then I can gain extra pounds, and I had to lose weight.

I do not use steroids. 

This is easy to see, people who gets as big as you on steroids tends to look way more bloated. You, however, look much more healthy!

I know how this feels, but I tend to not lose the weight!
