Condolences. Looks like the right boot is lasted so that the entire upper is shifted back relative to the left. My horsebutt PCTs look the same. Does the right boot feel a bit more snug than the left?

They actually feel about the same I'd say. The cap toes are actually even worse than my first pic let on I think. I took a straight edge to line them up for this one...

Yeah you can see that the quarters are misaligned, too. Definitely seems like a lasting issue. I think this happens a lot with plain toe boots too, it just doesn't jump out as much without the toe cap.


Anyway, wow. Hope they help you out.

Anyone in here have port Vitello from DR? I’m about to order, pics I’ve seen of them broken in look incredible.

They darken quick, they won’t stay grey at all. It’s a heavy patina leather; any product will darken it because it’s a shaved nubuck so it’ll matte down the slight nap.

Mine are in, they are great except there is some slightly drier shell on the caps, and a bit of the “spotted hide” look.

Crappy pics, I’ll take good ones this weekend. Color is really good and the fit is excellent. Keepers for me.
