I saw him quite a few times on Spring/crosby area.

A friend of mine went with a woman to a party at his place. they were among the first to arrive and my friend found out quickly that though this woman knew Schnabel, she clearly wasnt invited. He said it was pretty embarrassing, though he let them stay and as the place filled up it was quite a party.

Last week at a party I had a nice conversation with Woody Allen's accountant and the girl who posed for this Absolut Vodka ad:

I stood in line behind Billie Jean King for 15 minutes during a flight delay in O'Hare about 12 years ago. She was disarmingly down-to-earth and fun to chat with. I think she appreciated the fact I didn't ask for an autograph and want to talk tennis too much.

Recently walked past Richard Kind on the street. I wanted to say hi but he was talking on his cellphone.

I did say hi to Mort Zuckerman though as he exited an elevator where I work. He smiled and said hello.
