I dont think there is a list but if you put crap/mediocre stuff, you probably wont make the cut (into the swap box). So, like NORE said, Bring your A-game

Thing is, at least for me, I'd like to know what arrives in the box for me so I know what to potentially swap.

No worries about quality on my end, if you want to see some sample pics I can send them but I dont know what I'll swap until I get the box.
