UK clothing sites that ship to the US?

As it says, looking for UK clothing/shoes sites that ship to the USA. Some I've found so far:

Charles Tyrwhitt - note that although you can select currency at top, the price in pounds is cheaper than in dollars-- Solution: complete the entire transaction in pounds, charge to your credit card as normal, and save money.

Amazon.co.uk - the site does ship to the US, but all (almost all?) of their clothing is marked "item can only be delivered within the UK".

it's worth pointing out that the prices on the UK version of Thomas Pink are considerably cheaper than the price in $ on the US, given the current rate of exchange of 1£ = $1.5. The site converts as if 1£ = $2. It may be possible to order entirely through the UK site and save money. **EDIT: I just tried and apparently, no, it won't let you place an order in pounds when your billing address is in the US. Bummer

They do ship books, DVDS, and CDs, but no, not most shoes and clothes. Sux.
