I saw antonia on saturday at the borders closing sale at the century city mall. kind of strange to randomly bump into her since i love the show so much.

anyway, hoping Blaise slays his demons and doesn't choke. would be terrible to have that kind of stigma.

I believe it is "has owned" four restaurants. I was under the impression the only one operating right now is the burger place, but I could be wrong.

Also - Great finale. All the food looked amazing. Blais's adjustment on the dessert was a very good move. I can't imagine how hard judge's table was.

I loved that they had to pick their sous chefs based on taste alone.

I kind of saw that coming as the sous chefs were cooking while the chefs were talking about who they want / don't want.
Given how close it was, Isabella could have thrown his under the bus, considering he got two he specifically did not want... but he was stand-up about it. I did think it was funny that he was commiserating with Blais in the stew room about how he thought he lost too... but when they announced the winner... Blais was genuinely surprised, and so was Isabella. He was pissed.
