Yeah I get it you don't like the sound, what do the speed and passing habits of the driver have to do with that?

If you were going to understand, you'd have understood by now.

Bored now.

at first I thought this was dumb.

then I started to think about foods like chili, or rotisserie chicken, or lobster bisque, or pastrami sandwiches, or Kool-Aid, and then I started to lol

I don't get why people eat ketchup with fried chicken. Not so much bone-in, but chicken strips, fritters, nuggets, whatever. It is a horrible combo.

+1

Owing to my roots, I'm a man who loves his ketchup, and even I find this disgusting.

Because there is no reason for a car to be at the top of the tach at 65 MPH, and being at the top of the tach makes those mufflers, which are already loud at lower RPM, sound like a crotch rocket. Basically, what I believe Gib is saying, is that those cars don't need to be spooled up to cruise at 65, which means the driver is intentionally riding high in the tach in a lower (numerically) gear just to show off his "cool" loud-ass muffler. Thus, the already-annoying sound is made far more annoying than it should be at the speed Gib used in his example.

I was eating at Peter Luger's a few weeks ago. One person in my party wanted his steak well-done, when the server brought it out he muttered "and this could have been an excellent steak" and set it in front of him. I almost died with laughter.

Jews. And their calendar. Why do they have to have some special calendar? It's September. Get with the program, Jews.

i was eating at Les Halles maybe a year or two ago, and this guy at the table next to me buried his steak in ketchup. They should have given him a cereal bowl instead of a plate, he could cut up the meat, place in bowl, and then fill it with the ketchup.

Several years ago I was mentoring a likely lad and took him out to a nice steak dinner. He said to me, "This is the best steak I've ever had. It's so good you don't even need ketchup on it."

He rather reminded me of me (from many years ago).
