Only if they enter their participant ID (or you have the "call me" function enabled and they use that).
For whatever reason, it always seems like people manage to figure out how to dial in without identifying themselves. I think it happens if you put the meeting number and dial in in the invite...people will dial in from the number in the email rather than joining the webex first (which will tell them their own passcode).
Although whoever is running the meeting can manually link the users once they identify themselves...so "Call in user #4" can be turned into "Bob"
My friend's newly founded company apparently uses some cut rate audioconference company. If you hit # after typing in your meeting code, it disconnects you, or cancels your input, or mutes you, or something like that. Apparently it is a bit of an issue because everyone is used to doing 1234567# to join a meeting...wonder what idiot designed that system.
There is a way to disable that.
