I was at the gym bathroom and there was a naked guy by the air dryer. I was wondering what he was up to. He was trying to dry himself after a shower. WTF!
EDIT: There was only one dryer.

I don't see anything to be pissed about here.

Wrong code the Blue Bag's used to the name for the Canterbury Bankstown Rugby League team back in the 60's. Then some bright spark decied that it should change and they became the Bull Dogs. ( This is how a major in Cultural Studies expands the mind.)

True, Blue Bags are also NSW cricket caps. I was too polite to say "scumbag cockroaches" so I just subbed in Blue Bags.

I keep Vicodin around for the ****** days... But you would need Vicodin, Codeine cough syrup, and scotch.

thanks... I blame my stupidity for this. slept under 5 hours saturday night, woke up 3:30 in the morning, joined a 100km bike race fueled by energy gels, electrolyte drinks and a sausage mcmuffin, went home drank a beer, then hung out at a friend's house instead of resting. and yeah think I need to take something like vicodin later.

Just curious, what the hell is energy gels? I been reading a few bike forums the past few weeks just to learn... I am planning a 118 mile bike ride in a few months, building my way up to it.

IE: Clearwater-Downtown Orlando

Hey - they are basically way of delivering 'supplements' that may help you during your ride. I don't know how 'strong' you are right now but 118 mi is rather long, make sure you work at it, and don't ride too much the week before the event. Some popular brands are GU, Hammer - just try it out and see what works for you. I like to avoid the caffeinated gels as they make me crash pretty hard, also I rely on them as a shot of energy, some people carry a few and use them religiously throughout a ride. I'd definitely recommend you mixing some powders into your water (Cytomax, Accelerade) and get a powder for Recovery too - it'll make your training far more useful. I don't get into that protein stuff though... the powders are essentially homemade "gatorade" of sorts.

^ what he said.

I used agave chocolate#9 but also brought along GU... ingesting GU causes a jolt of energy (probably from the sugar in it) while agave produces a more consistent "push"... I don't use these gels except for very long rides, and my experience yesterday was those gels helped me finish the ride, specially the last 30km, while the electrolyte drink I had helped me avoid leg cramps.

Grandma doesn't have long, I fear. She came over for Mother's Day dinner and she looks so small and frail. Simply moving around is becoming very hard for her. Needless to say it wasn't a joyful Mother's Day for us.
