i have no answer in pounds because i have no idea what i weigh. i havent been on the scale in years. i base it off how fat i feel/look.

but i passed on a FREE donut today, and im a j00! props for that!

i got really fat in about a year after the end of hs, so i always feel a warm glow for people trying to lose weight

i appreciate the encouragement.

Both left of their own accord, and neither gave any notice. One emailed in and said she wasn't coming in tomorrow or ever again. The other told me at about 4:30 yesterday that she was leaving but hadn't formally turned in her notice, and she was starting her new job tomorrow. I'm kind of surprised she stuck around to finish the day.

Isn't that type of behavior sort of unfair. Unless you know it's the type of shop where as soon as you put in notice there is a security guard waiting to escort you out of the building, don't you owe them the courtesy of putting in your two week notice.

IIRC, while the Amerindian tongues are not Indo-European, Gaelic (which is only spoken in Scotland so would not be useful for your example) is, and is not aboriginal in the way that the former languages are. But I could be wrong on at least one of those points.

Sure....but you're not getting the whole story, by any means. The culture here has become rotten.

one of my ******* distributors has been giving me ****. when I came into my job, there were 6 distriburors in place that were all pretty worthless. I have kept all but one and really worked to help them develop. they have all had better and better years since I came on, averaging better than 100% growth since I came on (that's the old distributors, overall market has grown 1000%). most of them have gotten used to me. one has always given me problems. about 2 years ago it blew up and I had to waste a lot of time trying to smooth things over with him.

now, we had a meeting last month and I basically gave him a little push, which is exactly my job, and he has freaked out, calling my boss to complain about me, calling the CEO, calling some of my collegues, calling other distributors to *****. I am going to have to ream him a new asshole, and it is just wasting my time and energy. ****** .
