The jacket length is from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket; it does't include the height of the collar itself.

Get Smart, I am planning to order a suit and have a question about the measurements that I need to provide.
The "Buy" page on the website lists the needed measurements, but the picture guide on the same page seems to ask for different measurements.

Which list should I use?

Thanks.

Kai-Wun your suit looks very, very good.

What changes did you make to the standard fitting? It seems a little longer than the norm.

I need to update this on the site but here's what's needed:
-around neckbase
-around chest
-around stomach (3" above navel)
-straight across front and back shoulders
-jacket sleeve length (arm length can be used but known jacket sleeve length is preferred and more accurate)
-waist (about 2-3" below navel where trouser would sit)
-around hips (just below where top of crack is, or wherever widest)
-around thigh (3" below crotch or wherever widest)
-around calf
-inseam
-height

sure, I'm awaiting some samples in the next few weeks

I actually have a navy but it's an interesting navy, not a normal conservative one. It has a texture, almost looks like super overdyed denim (it's 100% wool). The subtleness of it isnt something I can capture with a pic or scan so it's a "leap of faith" choice, and it adds $40 to the total cost as the fabric is more expensive to get.

but a normal navy is in the works. It's a hard color to get, because I don't like the way most navy looks, too much magenta in the mix. I'm trying to get a more greycast navy, like the solid base color of the windowpane I used to have (and sold out of)

I didn't request a length on the blazer, but it measures about 26.5" and I am pretty short at 5'5"

Looks pretty good mrala, though it is a little hard to get a good look due to the blurriness of the pictures.

mrala: It looks good, but you may want to take up the inseam some. As it is, it's dragging on the ground and will really bunch up with shoes on, given the tapered leg. The jacket sleeves are perfect, showing a bit of cuff.

Considering Bandwagonesque's recommendations above for a more conservative business cut, would these pants be too low rise?
