I like it but I feel heavier footwear than birks will balance the fit a bit better

Some jerk decided to try and walk off with my Triumph the other night and hotwire it, and ended up costing me a tow and repairs to the tune of $700. Picked it up today along with a disk lock. Live and learn I guess.

I've been garaging my bike all these years, but for the past few months I've had to street park it while the garage gets soft-story retrofitting. So far I've had my fuel injection tubes pulled (people like to steal spark plugs) and now this. Get yourself a disk lock or a bike cover that locks so that would-be thieves won't even bother. I could complain, but that's life in a big city.

@UrbanComposition That's always been my biggest fear with street parking in a city. A buddy of mine had his stolen over the summer and it was recovered a month later and almost 200 miles away, amazingly intact. That said, I'm pretty sure my ratty 30-year-old bike is worthless to anyone who isn't me.
