@UrbanComposition sorry to hear that, that's one of my biggest fears as a motorcycle owner. I'm glad to hear you recovered it.
I've been garaging my bike all these years, but for the past few months I've had to street park it while the garage gets soft-story retrofitting. So far I've had my fuel injection tubes pulled (people like to steal spark plugs) and now this. Get yourself a disk lock or a bike cover that locks so that would-be thieves won't even bother. I could complain, but that's life in a big city.

@UrbanComposition That's always been my biggest fear with street parking in a city. A buddy of mine had his stolen over the summer and it was recovered a month later and almost 200 miles away, amazingly intact. That said, I'm pretty sure my ratty 30-year-old bike is worthless to anyone who isn't me.
