Sure it looks "fine", spope always looks cool, but it's imo not as good as any of these:

and because of that I don't see why he should settle with "fine" when he has the wardrobe for extraordinary stuff.
I agree. But one must be grateful for what spacepope has given us LOL! j/k Maybe the hoodie would team nicer with baggier/loose fitting pants.

pant texture is insane

Ghostface that is excellent. So so good.

Liszt, ghost, popex2, magical (some others I forgot) - Awesome.

you guys and your yohji overshirts  :slayer:

best texture on the pants from any LUC ever... the military recycled fabrics have nothing on those.

thanks dudes. the fabric on these pants is indeed really special. and i'm glad they decided to cut them so loose and comfortable.

also, the yohji overshirt cannot be oversold. the wool shirt jacket deserves to become the new gats.

Looks nice but I think you missed an opportunity to wear like an interesting coloured shirt there.

the pants have so much visual interest TM that i was happy to let them have pride of place. and i like the simplicity and severity of the crisp cotton shirt with the rest. but i'd be happy to hear what you had in mind.

Though I don't think know or care if there's actually a problem with sf at the moment, I do wonder what the rate of membership growth is. I don't know if the data is readily available, but I get the feeling that a lot of established sf users have been posting way, way less in the past two years and not enough newbies have signed up to fill in for them. Right now only a small collection of new members posts fits regularly. And one of those members is Hirsh.

To speak to this, these threads feel like a community (and it is) and coming into something so established can feel intimidating even if people are friendly. Personally, I just don't feel like I wear anything interesting enough worth posting. But it definitely does feel like a small circle of regular posters.

Regis, how light are those knits that you can wear them in the gulf? I'm thinking about some summer knits for next year and all the linen ones I've seen are more between seasons type stuff.

I pick my nights. Around here we are about to get 73-75 degrees and thats enough for me to break out knits. I pick them very carefully, this one in particular if you look closely at the pic is very airy I mean I get a breeze and it is like a cooling effect. You couple that up with a low v-neck line, the rolled up sleeves, and not wandering too far inland away from the ocean.....it is honestly as conformable as a t-shirt
