Cute couple!

Side note--whenever I see what appears to be a fair # of open bottles of booze I can't help but wonder how long they've been open. I moved recently and, being a bit of a cocktail enthusiast, had collected quite a few bottles over the years, some of which I'd only made a couple drinks with. I got rid of some of the really weird ****, but ended up packing and moving the majority of it.

When I started to unpack I forced myself to do what I should have done before moving: taste them. End result I ended up pouring maybe $1,000 of booze down the drain. In summary, plan on drinking hard liquor within a year or two of opening. Liqueurs have an even shorter lifespan.

All except the scotch are less than a year. Most just a few months. Usually we have ppl over so things turn over quickly
